Welcome to NoKeys Exotics (“NoKeys Exotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking or use of our luxury vehicle services.

By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

NoKeys Exotics provides luxury and exotic vehicles for stationary experiences, events, and approved vehicle services, including:

  • Weddings

  • Photoshoots

  • Content creation

  • Film and video productions

  • Music videos

  • Real estate marketing

  • Corporate events

  • Private events

  • Brand activations

  • Vehicle pickup and drop-off

  • Other approved experiences

Our vehicles are provided as visual and experiential assets and are not offered for customer driving or self-operation.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee a reservation.

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

  1. Vehicle availability has been verified;

  2. Booking details have been agreed upon;

  3. Required documents have been received; and

  4. Required payment has been processed.

NoKeys Exotics will notify you once your reservation is confirmed.

3. Customer Information & Documentation

Customers may be required to provide identification, contact information, event details, location information, or other documentation necessary to process a booking.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must remain stationary unless specifically operated by an authorized NoKeys Exotics representative.

Customers may not:

  • Drive or operate the vehicle

  • Move the vehicle

  • Access or operate vehicle controls without authorization

  • Use the vehicle for racing or performance activities

  • Smoke or vape inside the vehicle

  • Consume food or beverages inside the vehicle unless approved

  • Attach equipment or decorations without approval

  • Use the vehicle for any illegal activity

  • Permit unauthorized individuals to operate or move the vehicle

Customers may photograph, film, or pose with the vehicle as permitted by their booking.

5. Vehicle Access

Access to the interior of a vehicle may be permitted depending on the vehicle and booking.

Customers must follow instructions provided by NoKeys Exotics representatives regarding entering, exiting, sitting in, or interacting with the vehicle.

Certain vehicles may have additional restrictions due to their value, condition, or manufacturer requirements.

6. Pickup & Drop-Off

NoKeys Exotics provides professional vehicle pickup and drop-off at the location agreed upon during booking.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible location.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Location changes

  • Extended waiting periods

  • Additional delivery distance

  • Difficult or restricted access

  • Changes requested after delivery has been scheduled

The vehicle must be available for collection at the agreed time.

7. Booking Duration

Vehicles are available for the period specified in the confirmed booking.

Additional time is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges and availability.

If a customer requires additional time, approval must be obtained before extending the booking.

8. Payments & Deposits

All applicable booking fees must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

No security deposit is required for standard bookings.

Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is damaged through misuse, negligence, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

9. Damage & Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to treat all vehicles with reasonable care.

The customer may be responsible for costs associated with damage, loss, misuse, negligence, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

This may include damage to the vehicle's:

  • Exterior

  • Interior

  • Wheels and tires

  • Glass

  • Paint

  • Electronics

  • Accessories

  • Equipment

Normal wear and tear will not generally be considered customer-caused damage.

10. Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation

Every vehicle is delivered professionally cleaned, detailed, and polished before each booking.

Customers are not permitted to clean, wash, polish, detail, or otherwise modify the vehicle.

Our representatives handle all vehicle cleaning and preparation before and after each booking.

If the vehicle requires cleaning or restoration beyond normal use due to customer activity, additional charges may apply.

11. Photography & Productions

Customers may use the vehicle for approved photography, filming, content creation, and production purposes.

Commercial productions, advertising campaigns, music videos, or other professional productions should be disclosed when booking.

NoKeys Exotics may impose additional requirements, fees, insurance requirements, crew limitations, or usage restrictions depending on the production.

12. Weddings & Events

Vehicles may be used for approved weddings, celebrations, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is positioned in a safe and appropriate location.

Event venues may require additional permissions or insurance. Customers are responsible for obtaining venue approval when required.

13. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary based on the vehicle, booking duration, and timing of the request.

Any applicable cancellation fees or refund amounts will be communicated during the booking process.

NoKeys Exotics may attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests when availability permits, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

14. Weather & Unsafe Conditions

NoKeys Exotics reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel a booking when weather, venue conditions, security concerns, or other circumstances could reasonably create a risk to the vehicle, customers, representatives, or property.

Where reasonably possible, we will work with the customer to identify an alternative date or arrangement.

15. Vehicle Substitution

In rare circumstances, the specific vehicle reserved may become unavailable due to mechanical issues, damage, maintenance, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When possible, NoKeys Exotics may offer a comparable replacement vehicle or alternative arrangement.

16. Customer Cancellation by NoKeys Exotics

NoKeys Exotics reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking when necessary due to safety concerns, suspected fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, vehicle availability, failure to meet booking requirements, or violation of these Terms.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoKeys Exotics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or personal losses arising from delays, cancellations, vehicle substitutions, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

NoKeys Exotics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in or around a vehicle.

19. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Submit fraudulent booking information

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Copy or misuse our content, branding, images, or materials

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

20. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to NoKeys Exotics unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website or booking process may use third-party services for payments, scheduling, communications, analytics, hosting, or other business functions.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

22. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

23. Changes to These Terms

NoKeys Exotics may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Texas law and in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
